By submitting the student registration form for the Shirdi Sai Foundation's scholarship and prize program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Eligibility- The student must be currently studying in a government school located in Tirupur or Erode district
- The student must meet the academic criteria set by the foundation to qualify for the prize.
- All information provided must be accurate and complete.
- Only students in the 10th and 12th grades are eligible to apply.
- Students must have passed all subjects in their respective board examinations.
- This program is strictly for students studying in government schools in Tirupur and Erode districts.
- Academic performance will be verified through official school records.
- Additional merit-based criteria may apply and the foundation reserves the right to set cut-off marks.
- The applicant must provide correct personal details, including name, register number, class, district, and school.
- Academic records and proof of marks must be submitted as per the foundation’s requirements.
- Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the program.
- The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of student registration, prize distribution and academic verification.
- The Shirdi Sai Foundation reserves the right to verify the details submitted by the applicant.
- Personal data will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
- Students achieving the required marks will be eligible for prizes as determined by the foundation.
- The decision regarding prize distribution will be final and at the sole discretion of the foundation.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
- Submission of the registration form does not guarantee eligibility for the prize.
- The foundation will review applications and confirm acceptance through official communication.
- Once submitted, registration details cannot be modified without prior approval from the foundation.
- If an applicant wishes to withdraw from the program, they must notify the foundation in writing.
- The student agrees to participate honestly and ethically in the prize program.

- The foundation is not liable for any claims arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
